About refrAIme
refrAIme is an intelligent journaling app designed to help you reframe unhelpful thoughts and strengthen positive ones through AI-guided reflections rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Our Recommendations
Try using the app once a day for at least 3 days, and fill out the feedback form in the app after each session
Entries longer than 1-2 sentences lead to more meaningful reflections
If you're stuck or don't know how to get started, use the built-in prompts to help guide you
Data Privacy
We do not store any personal identifiers (name, email etc.) when you sign in with Google (ie. we cannot link your entries back to you, everything is anonymized.)
Please avoid including personal identifiers in your writing
